Court approves the issue of the oOh!media Scheme Booklet and orders the convening of the Scheme Meeting
On 13 December 2011, oOh!media Group Limited (ASX: OOH) announced that it had entered into a Scheme Implementation Agreement (SIA) with Outdoor Media Operations Pty Limited, a company owned by CHAMP III Funds1, under which Outdoor Media Operations Pty Limited has agreed to offer to acquire all the oOh!media shares that the CHAMP III Funds does not already own (Proposal).
